In the vast deep blue sea of the world, the waters have become very murky and dangerous — especially from us humans, who have for hundreds of years treated the oceans as one big garbage bin. Turtlelute is here to change that, and Lute is just the turtle to make it happen.

Lute isn't your average turtle. He's one badass turtle with a shell full of determination and a community behind him that refuses to accept the status quo. $TURTLE is on a mission to create a meaningful impact on this planet's oceans, where animals can swim freely amongst whales, and the waters stay as clear and transparent as they should be — no garbage, no pollution.

Our Story

Turtlelute started with a simple but powerful idea: what if a cryptocurrency could be a force for real environmental good? $TURTLE was stealth launched on 29 June 2021 with a fair launch — no presale, no team tokens, no funny business. 100% of the tokens were added to the Uniswap pool, along with an initial $8k in ETH from the team's own pockets. The initial liquidity was burned forever, making $TURTLE rugpull-proof and putting trust and transparency at the forefront.

The contract creator wallet bought around 2% of the total supply from the Uniswap pool, earmarked to kickstart the charity project. That means the community — not a central team — decides which ocean-focused charities receive support. This is a community project, and it's the community that should take credit for what it achieves.
